Our Commitment to Timely Delivery

Shipping Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery time includes:

  • Order processing (time to prepare and pack your items)

  • Actual shipping (time in transit)

Order Cutoff Time: 11:59 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Estimated delivery dates may vary based on destination and order volume, especially during peak seasons or promotional periods.


Shipping Fees

  • Contiguous US: Flat rate shipping – $8 per order.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and how quickly we process your items.

Please Note: Orders take approximately 1–3 business days to process before shipment. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it (excluding weekends) if it has not yet shipped.

  • After this window, orders cannot be canceled.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Some carriers may take 5–7 business days to update tracking info.

Shipping Delays

Delivery time is calculated from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier-related delays


Item Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  1. Please contact the carrier directly for investigation.

  2. If the issue persists, reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to assist.

⚠️ Important: We are not responsible for delivery issues once the item has been handed to the carrier. However, we will support you in resolving the matter when possible.


Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and billing information. If you discover an error, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made and a refund will only be possible after the item is returned to us.
