Returns & Exchanges

Overview

Important Note:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of order confirmation (excluding Saturday and Sunday) and only if your order has not been shipped.
No cancellations after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Deelytes allows for returns and exchanges if you’ve changed your mind about a product:

  • Item must be in its original purchase condition — packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced.

  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

  • This return policy does not apply to items marked as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

  • For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Deelytes.

  • Your rights under applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by our return and exchange policy.

Met all the requirements?
You can contact our Customer Service Team by email: [email protected] with subject “Returns / Exchanges” and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return


Refunds

All products are returnable and exchangeable within 30 days of delivery if in original, uninstalled condition.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns (not exchanges).

  • Products must be received back in original, uninstalled condition.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of the return.


Shipping Returns

Any items purchased from Deelytes can be returned for a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee) or exchanged (no restocking fee) within 30 days of delivery.
We will not accept returns after the 30-day window. Products must be uninstalled and in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
